Membership requirements for the Orphans' Court Procedural Rules Committee

Applicants should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Rules and experienced in orphans' court practice in Pennsylvania.

The Committee meets approximately three to four times a year at locations in the eastern, western and middle parts of the Commonwealth. Meetings are generally one day in duration.
