Membership requirements for the Criminal Procedural Rules Committee

Applicants should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure and experienced in state criminal practice in Pennsylvania. 

The Committee meets approximately four times a year at locations in the eastern, western and middle parts of the Commonwealth. Meetings are generally one to one-and-one-half days in duration.
