Membership requirements for the Civil Procedural Rules Committee

Applicants should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure and experienced in state civil practice in Pennsylvania.

The Committee meets approximately two to three times a year at locations in the eastern, western and middle parts of the Commonwealth. Meetings are generally one day in duration.
