Membership requirements for the Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee

Applicants should be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure and experienced in state appellate practice in Pennsylvania.

The Committee meets approximately three to four times a year at locations in the eastern, western and middle parts of the Commonwealth. Meetings are generally one to one-and-one-half days in duration.
